Greg Langford is the Group Account Manager at Buss Business Solutions, where he helps small and mid-sized companies design and manage group benefits programs that actually work for their teams. He holds his GBA (Group Benefits Associate) and LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) designations. Greg loves helping companies protect their most valuable asset: their employees' health and wellbeing. He takes pride in being responsive, getting back to clients quickly, and following through on promises. Outside of work, you'll usually find him on the soccer field, out on a hike, or at the gym.

Bassam Lazar is the founding lawyer of Lazar Law and primarily a real estate lawyer serving London, Windsor, and throughout Ontario. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2005 and from the University of Windsor Law in 2009, and was called to the bar in 2011. His practice includes residential purchases, sales, and mortgage refinancing, as well as commercial real estate, commercial and residential leasing, and other transactional legal matters.

Mold Remediation

Paul is the founder of AuntieGen, specializing in environmental remediation and biological decontamination for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. He handles mold, indoor air quality, HVAC contamination, and high-risk biological hazards, and holds IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Microbial Remediation. Paul focuses especially on helping people with mold sensitivities or compromised immune systems get back to healthier indoor environments. With AuntieGen operating across Canada and the U.S., he champions science-based remediation and works to connect environmental professionals with healthcare practitioners.

Marketing & Operations

Matt Henderson is the founder of Grow with Matt, a growth studio in London, Ontario. He handles marketing and operations for owners of established local service businesses in Southwestern Ontario: getting found on Google Search, Maps and ChatGPT, websites and a plain next step to call or inquire, and the tools and AI that keep up with the work. His Growth Partner plan covers that work for one monthly price, and clients talk to Matt rather than a sales team. A software engineer with eight years in tech, including at Bloomberg, he builds the sites, forms and tools himself.
